Fran Spayne, M.A. is a seasoned professional in the field of holistic therapy, mind-body wellness, and coaching. With her expertise as a psychological intuitive, Fran has the unique ability to read emotional energy, which adds a powerful dimension to her private practice and enhances her ability to support clients on their healing journeys.

Fran offers a variety of workshops that cover a broad range of topics, from stress reduction to pain management and heart health. Her work highlights a deep understanding of the mind-body connection and the significant role the mind plays in both illness and wellness.

With decades of experience, Fran has worked with prominent healthcare institutions such as Emerson Hospital and Good Samaritan Medical Center. Her contributions to integrative medicine and her ability to collaborate with diverse medical teams and patients are a testament to her expertise. Notably, Fran helped initiate the Reiki program at Emerson Hospital, where she provided 20 years of Reiki to patients and staff, demonstrating her commitment to holistic healing practices. She also played a pivotal role in establishing the Integrative Medicine team at Emerson, collaborating with medical professionals and hospital administrators to bring complementary healing modalities into mainstream care.

Fran is also deeply committed to community outreach and has volunteered with numerous organizations focused on improving the well-being of underserved populations, including low-income women and incarcerated individuals. As an advisor to the both the Boxborough Wellbeing Committee and a member of CHNA-15 who actively promotes health and wellness initiatives at both local and regional levels. In addition, Fran has provided mindfulness training for town employees through the Acton Health Department, emphasizing the transformative power of the mind.

As an experienced presenter, instructor, and motivational speaker, Fran has spent over 20 years teaching A Course in Miracles in addition to providing wellness trainings all over New England at variety of institutions.  Her ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity and inspire positive change has made a lasting impact on individuals and communities alike.
