FORGIVENESS is good for the body and the soul. It can lower blood pressure, heart rate;
reduce depression, anxiety, and anger.
People who forgive generally have more and better relationships, feel
happier and more hopeful, and score higher on just about every measure of
psychological well-being. The trouble most
of us have not been trained how to do it.
It is not always easy to do and can be a process but the one who
benefits the most is the one who chooses to forgive.
